As our Executive Vice President and Chief Sales Officer, Mr. Carino develops our Culture, Vision and Values for the organization. His expertise and experience provides the leadership and direction for our Commercial Team.


Mr. Carino’s transformational leadership has contributed to the growth at several companies throughout his career. His Midwest roots and work ethic gives him the ability to lead organization’s in various phases of growth. Mr. Carino’s leadership expertise includes building teams and the vision required to enter new markets with disruptive technology. He assumed several Sales, Marketing, Operations and General Management leadership roles in the healthcare field over the last 16 years.

Prior Experience

As Area Director for Molnlycke Healthcare, his transformational leadership style has impacted the corporate culture through 2 major expansions and recent acquisitions. In directing the business for the Eastern U.S. at Molnlycke, Mr. Carino led the development of the corporate vision for the integrity, values and high performance behaviors.

Prior to joining Molnlycke, Mr. Carino was instrumental in leading the Surgical business at BrainLAB. His initial role at BrainLAB was to create a new integrated OR Division that exponentially grew and led to leadership responsibilities for the Global Division. He worked around the world to lead the organization. His responsibilities included Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Engineering, R&D and Operations all around the globe.

At Intuitive Surgical, Stereotaxis, and GE Healthcare, Mr. Carino held several senior leadership roles expanding into new markets throughout the U.S. His teams led the US in Neurosurgery, Orthopedics, Cardiology, General Surgery, Urology, Gynecology, and Oncology market penetration. His leadership provided the vision for the future growth throughout the country.

Additionally, Mr. Carino continues to give back to the community. His involvement includes working with local and world-wide charities including the Ronald McDonald House, Catholic Youth Organization, Wounded Warrior Project, Operation Finally Home, Distinct Grace, Debra of America, High Museum of Art, and local food kitchens.
